Metric: Percentage of fishing units within the fishery held by Australian entities. Measures the proportion of fishing licences, quota, or other fishing rights owned by Australian individuals or organisations.

Metric: Number of food safety product trade recalls and product withdrawals. Measures how many seafood products are recalled or withdrawn due to food safety concerns associated with harvesting.

Metric: Fishery workforce diversity score based on age and gender. Measures the diversity of the workforce based on factors such as age and gender representation.

Metric: Presence/absence of initiatives aiming to address labour supply shortages and/or constraints, including automation. Indicates whether programs or initiatives exist to help attract workers, improve workforce capacity, or introduce automation technologies.

Metric: Presence/absence of community engagement from the fishery based on reported community engagement activities. Indicates whether the fishery actively engages with local communities and stakeholders.

Metric: Fishery workforce size. Where unavailable, fishery fleet size. Measures the number of people employed in the fishery, or the number of vessels where workforce data is unavailable.

Metric: Number of negotiated benefit sharing or access agreements in place between the fishery and Traditional Owners. Measures whether formal arrangements are in place to share benefits from a fishery with Traditional Owners

Metric: Gini coefficient of the concentration/distribution of vessels or quota holdings by owner entities. Measures how evenly fishing rights or assets are distributed among fishing rights holders. Higher values indicate greater concentration of ownership.

Metric: Average annual price per kilogram of fishery target species in the retail market ($AUD/kg). Measures the average price per kilogram consumers pay for the fishery's target species.
