The Australian Coastal Restoration Network (ACRN) database collates information about coastal restoration projects in eight different ecosystems across Australia and New Zealand: shellfish, macroalgae, seagrass, mangrove, saltmarsh, coastal wetland and coral environments. This record represents a static snapshot of the database made in March 2020. The ACRN website (https://www.acrn.org.au) may contain more recent updates to the database.

This submission creates a static snapshot of data from the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) and stereo-BRUV annotation data from the National Environmental Science Program (NESP) Elizabeth and Middleton Reef survey. Coral community transect data collected concurrent with coral disease surveys in in the vicinity of Hoga Island in the Wakatobi Marine National Park, Sulawesi, Indonesia. Three replicate 20 m transects were collected by divers in each of reef flat, crest and slope habitats in 2005 (four sites, point intersect transect data), 2007, 2010 and 2011 (all six sites, line intersect transect data).
