- Step 1: Determine whether the fishery operates vessels that use diesel. If the fishery does not operate using vessels of this type, report "Not applicable" and the date of data collection for the framework. If no information is available regarding the types of vessels operated, report "Data not found" and the date of data collection for the framework. Step 2: Determine the fuel tax credit rate type for commercial fishing vessels using diesel. Step 3: Extract and report the relevant current Diesel Rebate Rate ($/L) presented by the ATO and the data’s year of provenance and/or publication where available. These data are known to be available.
